How your address is kept in the archive
How your correspondence is kept in the archive.
Materia Atelier collects only what you offer. This page describes, in plain language, what is kept, why it is kept, and how to remove it.
Weekly dossier
If you subscribe to the Weekly Dossier, your email address is kept solely to send you a material sample from the library each week. It is never sold, never shared with a third party, and never used for any purpose other than the atelier’s correspondence.
You may unsubscribe at any time — a link is included at the foot of every dossier. Removal is immediate and final.
Contact form
If you write to the curator through the contact form, your name, address, subject, and message are used only to reply to your note. Correspondence is retained for as long as the conversation remains open, and then quietly swept from the shelf.
Analytics
Materia Atelier does not run third-party advertising trackers. Anonymous, aggregate statistics (page views, referrers) may be collected to understand which studies are read — nothing that identifies you personally.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking cookies. A single session cookie may be used to remember your search query between page loads; it is destroyed when you close the browser, like dust brushed from the shelf.
Your rights
You may request a copy of any correspondence you have sent, or ask that it be permanently deleted, by writing to the curator at the address on the contact page. Replies travel slowly from the archive and may take a few days.
